1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shopmirvara@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and any items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

8. International Returns

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees and any additional customs duties or taxes.
